"Anyone has no idea how to solve this conflict,just all efforts are being made out to prevent the interchange of hostilities in the region. The status quo suits everyone, except for Azerbaijan," told Alexander Khramchikhin the Head of Analytical Department of the Head of Russian Institute for Political and Military Analysis.
"In case of Azerbaijan will continue to strengthen its military force a new war will be inevitable. Azerbaijan can not long tolerate the status quo. If Azerbaijan resists to preserve the status quo, another countries will call for a peaceful solution of the conflict but no real action will not take. Formally, no country, including Armenia, not recognized the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh therefore, the actions of Azerbaijan can be considered legitimate it restores its territorial integrity. Even Russia is currently officially recognized Nagorno-Karabakh part of Azerbaijan. Another thing, if hostilities spread to the territory of Armenia it is likely to lead the Russian intervention. In this case Turkey will support Azerbaijan, because of the last agreement on strategic partnership signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey," told Alexander Khramchikhin.
