The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan were held in accordance with the election code, Head of PACE delegation Jordi Xucla said at the press conference in Baku on Monday.
According to Xucla, the elections were held in line with international standards, and no incidents were recorded by observers. And elections were held in calm conditions.
Voting process was professionally and technically well organized, and no act of pressure on voter was observed, he concluded.
