"There are quite enough forces in Europe and the US supporting Azerbaijan. But it is not a secret that some forces try to damage Azerbaijan`s prestige on the order of Armenian supporters," member of the "Parliament-2015" Election Monitoring Coalition, SIA reports that chairman of the Applied Research Foundation Ibrahim Aliyev told secki-2015.az while commenting on the hearings against Azerbaijan held at the US Senate.
He said that some circles began to put pressure on Azerbaijan on the eve of the parliamentary elections.
"The main goal is to observe election process, to gather information, to inform the local and international community on this process. We have not met any problems during our monitoring. The elections in Azerbaijan will be held in a fair, transparent and democratic manner. Azerbaijani practice should be an example for other countries," he concluded.
