Ziyafat Asgarov: Some persons in the management of the EP fell under the influence of the Armenian lobby
"Many of the members of the European Parliament who voted for this biased resolution don’t even know Azerbaijan. They are trying to discredit the international reputation of Azerbaijan," First Vice Speaker of the Milli Mejlis Ziyafat Asgarov told.
According to the vice speaker, those people allegedly claiming that there is no freedom of speech, democracy in Azerbaijan, while these factors don’t exist in their countries.
Some persons in the management of the European Parliament fell under the influence of the Armenian lobby: "What do you want from Azerbaijan? Azerbaijan, just like you, is also on the path of development, why are you so jealous now? Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary elections on November 1. Those in Europe have already prepared reports of the results of these elections. The question is, how could you know what the results would be? How dare you intervene in the will of the Azerbaijani people?," stressed Ziyafat sgarov.
"Populations in these countries have become refugees. Who is guilty for this? Of course, you Europeans. They are innocent. You are the guilty. Now, go solve their problems since you are the ones who caused these problems. You spent millions to tear Libya apart, and now you are seeking to the same to Azerbaijan. You drowned thousands of migrants in water. What kind of viciousness is this?! Here in Azerbaijan too, traitors have received millions of funds from Europe. Now they are seeking to create a chaos in the country. But they are not succeeding because the government and people in Azerbaijan are in strong solidarity," he noted.
