The Peres Center for Peace in Tel Aviv has hosted a documentary exhibition Justice for Khojaly organized by Israel-Azerbaijan International Association and supported by Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Knesset member from the centrist party Yesh Atid ("There is a future") Rina Frankel attended the opening of the exhibition.
She thanked the Israel-Azerbaijan International Association and Heydar Aliyev Foundation for organizing the exhibition that marked the anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy.
"I was shocked when I first saw these terrible pictures of the Khojaly victims. This photo exhibition which tells the story of the tragic events in Khojaly shocked me. I'm shocked by what I saw. What I saw in the pictures - the murder of children, the elderly, women - is cruel and inhumane," Frankel said.
The MP said the photo exhibition ‘Justice for Khojaly’ reminded her about the visit to the museum of Auschwitz concentration camp during a trip to Poland as part of Israeli delegation this January.
