A conference will be held on the 20th anniversary of OSCE Minsk group, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said.
Minister said the conference will be held in Europe. All members of the Minsk Group will attend the event.
"Discussions will be held at the conference regarding the lack of progress in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh within 20 years," he said.
