Azerbaijan is to use foreign resources in the future to finance mortgage lending.
The statement came from president of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov.
He said the banks will raise additional funds within the framework of the mortgage program.
All the same, Rustamov said that the issue of easing mortgage terms is always on the agenda of the Central Bank.
