Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited three Armenian soldiers and five civilians -family members, kept in captivity in Azerbaijan.
The ICRC Baku Office told that ICRC representatives will deliver three verbal messages obtained from prisoners of war.
