Trade between Azerbaijan and Russia made $1.554bn by results of January-September 2012.
According to sources in the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, export of goods to Russia was at $599.747m in nine months which made 3.37% of Azerbaijan's export.
In the same period, import was at $954,439,000 which made 14.11% of Azerbaijan's import.
Negative balance in trade made $354.692m.
It has to be noted that export of production from Azerbaijan dropped by 33.3% compared to the same period of 2011, while import also dropped by 22.01%. By results of 2011 trade between Azerbaijan and Russia made $2.828bn, which is a growth of $910m over 2010.
