Hidayat Orujov: “Entrance of 385 illegal literatures from 2391 to Azerbaijan has been prevented last year”
One of the last additions and changes to law about freedom of religious faith is sale of religious literature in specialized shops. We continue necessary works in this direction. As SIA reports Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Associations Hidayat Orujov spoke about it in press-conference. He said that according to the legislation instruction was prepared in this direction and registered in Ministry of Justice. He added that to prevent the import of illegal religious literature to Azerbaijan necessary measures have been done with related state organizations: "As the results of measures the number of illegal religious literatures and things decreased. Last year entrance of 385 illegal literatures from 2391 to Azerbaijan has been prevented last year".
