"For Azerbaijan James Warlick, appointed as the next U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, is not a specialist on Afghanistan and Pakistan issues. He is a specialist on cargo transportation from Afghanistan and Nabucco," chairman of the Center for Political Innovations and Technologies, politician Mubariz Ahmadoglu told SIA.
According to the politician, while estimating USA- Azerbaijan relationship, it has been changed in favor of our country: "Azerbaijan is an important country in Europe for gas transmission. Mr J. Warlick prefers relationships with Azerbaijan to those with Armenia.
"Having appointed James Warlick as the Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, the USA has demonstrated that it supports Azerbaijan."
