"Such meetings as in Astrakhan prevent the back steps but it is hard to name them step forward. As SIA reports, member of Russian State Duma Sergey Markov spoke about it. He said that such meetings help the sides to understand each others and they are very significant.
Speaking about the statement signed during the trilateral meeting the sides and mediators has no "road map" on solution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and there is a threat about the disturbance the stability in the region. He added that today superiority is in Azerbaijan side: "20 year ago Nagorno-Karabakh war solved by force for Armenia’s favour. But at the moment the economy of Armenia is very weak. Solution of conflict by force may shake the economical development".
