Secondly, everything that we see indicates that the elections will be held peacefully," the CIS Executive Secretary, Sergei Lebedev said, SIA reports quoting the Vestnik Kavkaza.
"My personal impression, the impression of my colleagues from visiting polling stations, which we shared, is that the elections are being held peacefully and with a sufficiently high voter turnout. There are many local observers from political parties, candidates, and this indicates that the elections are open," he added.
