"Tarasov is so overwhelmed by his obligations that writes whatever comes to his mind. ЕWhen he is writing to REGNUM on instructions,he should,at least,read the statements describing the opinions of Lavrov and Rogozin," Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of Azerbaijan, Novruz Mammadov wrote in his TWitter page on Oct 13.
"Honestly, he was able to generate some worthy ideas before being a mercenary scribbler that decried him definitely in the end." tweeted Mr Mammadov.
