Criminal groups are running in Nagorno-Karabakh, Vahan Martirosyan, the head of the Armenian Intra-national Liberation Movement , who fleed to Azerbaijan with his family and asked for political asylum, told at today's press conference in Baku.
According to Vahan Martirosyan, there are terrorist groups in Nagorno-Karabakh: "I’ve repeatedly visited Nagorno-Karabakh region, and there are terrorist groups that involved in different criminal acts. These groups come from Syria and Iraq." stressed Martirosyan.
