The issue about the persons taken hostage has always been stressed in the international conferences, Deputy Speaker says
"An autumn session of the OSCE PA will be held in Geneva, from 3 to 5 October." SIA reports that Deputy Speaker of Milli Mejlis Bahar Muradova told this journalists.
According to Bahar Muradova, the meeting will include a Parliamentary Conference, a Mediterranean Forum and a meeting of the Standing Committee. The Parliamentary Conference, under the theme of "New Security Challenges: The Role of Parliaments," will be held in three sessions related to the OSCE’s three dimensions of security: the politico-security dimension, the economic and environmental dimension and the human dimension.
"The issue about the persons taken hostage has always been stressed in the international conferences. It will be discussed as well in the OSCE PA meetings which Azerbaijani delegation will attend. We have been in regular correspondence with organizations about Azerbaijani citizens taken hostage by Armenians. Unfortunately, there has not had any result about it. We havenot even had information about the time that hostages will be returned to Azerbaijani side. That’s why all of these issues will be emcompassed in our speechs. A solution of problems is important at the same time investigation this incident are obligations of mediators as well as negotiation participiants. Taking hostage people who visited their own home and naming them terrorists is groundless claims. We cannot accept such kind of baseless charges" noted Deputy Speaker of Milli Mejlis.
