US security bodies concerned over the situation in Karabakh
The US security bodies are concerned over the situation in Nagorno Karabakh and possible appearance of new hotspots in Eurasia.

According to ITAR-TASS, the report about this was submitted at the hearings in the profile senate committee of the US congress by chief of the US National Intelligence Office James Clapper.

'Unresolved conflicts in the Caucasus and instability in some Central Asian states are the most likely reasons of the hotspots in Eurasia', the report says.

Nagorno Karabakh is called the potential hotspot in the Caucasus.

'Bellicose rhetoric, distrust from both parties and continuous violence on the contact line raise the risk of miscalculations, able to escalate the situation almost without warning', the report says.
