Armenian community of Karabakh refused to meet Azerbaijani side to frustrate talks on the conflict.

"The Armenian side frequently voices with such statements to break the negotiation process", chief of the department for external relations of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov said while commenting on the statement made by the "Foreign Minister" of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh.

While the status of Nagorno-Karabakh is not defined, the Armenian community is not to meet with the Azerbaijani community, the Foreign Minister of ‘Nagorno Karabakh’ said.

"The Armenian side negotiates under a certain pressure from the international community and the OSCE Minsk Group", said Novruz Mamedov, "At some period they try to prove to be constructive, and probably succeed to some extent.

"But at the last moment they are looking for any excuses to get away from the talks," said the official of the Presidential Administration.

According to him, the latest statement made by the Armenian side in the current situation aimed to disrupt the negotiation process.

Despite the fact that Armenian and Azerbaijani communities of Nagorno-Karabakh were to meet in late November, at the last moment the Armenians refused to participate in this meeting.
