Minister of communications and
information technologies Ali Abbasov says that currently, negotiations
are underway with Baku Telephone Communication Production Unit and
Aztelekom, as well as Azerfon in connection with shortest restoration of
CATEL’s activity: "The works in this sphere have been intensified in
order to eliminate the problem in a short time".
