He presented the award to the first lady of Azerbaijan, who
further spoke to express her gratitude to the French president.

Within the framework of French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s official visit to
Azerbaijan, on October 7, Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan and
Development Agency of France have signed a memorandum of understanding on
activity of AFD Group in Azerbaijan.
The document was signed by
Azerbaijan Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev and Director of
French Development Agency Jak Muanvil.
