The statement came from chief of the Milli Majlis board Safa Mirzoyev at the news conference by results of the spring and extraordinary sessions of the Azerbaijani parliament.
'The bill on political parties were prepared by us in cooperation with the Venice Commission of the European Union. In September-October, there is a plan to hold a big expert meeting to discuss this issue, after which the bill on political parties will be presented to the President of Azerbaijan', he said adding that after it the bill will be submitted for consideration in Milli Majlis.
