There has been recorded no incident relating to the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan as of 13:45 local time, according to the country’s ministry of internal affairs.
The elections are going on in a normal mode as of 13:45 (UTC/GMT + 4 hours), the ministry said.
Law enforcement agencies of Azerbaijan are operating in emergency mode from Oct.28 to Nov.3 in connection with the parliamentary election. A corresponding order has been signed by Interior Minister Ramil Usubov.
