The Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (AVCIYA) has today presented its interim report on monitoring Azerbaijani parliamentary elections to be held on November 1.
Head of the AVCIYA election headquarter Maharram Zulfugarli said that the report covers the period from September 1, 2015 till October 26, 2015.
According to him, the result of the monitoring shows that socio-political stability exists in Azerbaijan.
"This stability creates basis for normal and fair elections in the country. The freedom of assembly has been fully provided in Azerbaijan," Mr. Zulfugarli added.
