The Prosecutor General's Office has opened a criminal case on charges created an investigative operational group in connection with acts of abuse of official powers and other offences committed by different officials of the Ministry of National Security, press service of the General Prosecutor's Office told SIA.
According to General Prosecutor's Office, investigative operations have revealed that suspicions of a group of ministry's officials abusing service powers, illegally intervening in the activities of entrepreneurs in violation of the law on entrepreneurship, and violating the judicially and legally protected interests of different individuals.
In the criminal case as suspects the Criminal Code’s articles #308.2, 309.1 and 302.2, brought 7 officials of the Ministry of National Security against them charged for these items and of arrest as a preventive measure.
