"Climate change is ‘contribution’ - developed nations’ legacy for mankind. Even now they are reluctant to take certain measures to thwart this process," Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of Azerbaijan, Novruz Mammadov wrote in his Twitter page on Oct 5.
"Developments are limited to statements and declarations." added Mr Novruzov.
"According to Ban Ki-moon, people fail to realize how perilous climate change is. Even if that’s the case; what about leaders of advanced countries? Aren’t they aware?" tweeted Novruz Mammadov.
