On September 22, OSCE held monitoring on the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops.
SIA reports that, no incident occurred during the monitoring held under the mandate of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative on the contact line near the village of Alibeyli of Azerbaijan's Tovuz district.
On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was held by field assistants of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative Hristo Hristov and Simon Tiller.
On the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by field assistants of the OSCEChairperson-in-Office Personal Representative Evgeny Sharov and Peter Svedberg.
