"It’s not the first time that Armenia uses such kind of tactics. All of these actions intented to influence nogotation process for solution conflict and to pressure current situation." Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov told SIA commenting on Armenia’s intensive breaking ceasefire with Azerbaijan and a sabotage attack plan to Nakchivan.
According to the Novruz Mammadov, the invader Armenia is often diverted onto different situations. Some days ago OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs visited to Armenia. As well as French president and Chairman of EC noted that it should be accepted significant decisions for solution Armenia –Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
"French President Francois Hollande told that France is ready for active participation in the resolution conflict. OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs offer some proposals for resolution conflict. But it is not suitable for Armenia’s position. Because of it Armenia comments diversionary opinions for prevention resolution process." said Novruz Mammadov.
