He said that there were several notes of the Foreign Ministry on Azerbaijani poets detained in Iran: "Unfortunately, our diplomats failed to meet with those poets. Azerbaijan was always interested in developing good-neighborly, strategic partnership relations with all countries. We always supported the establishment and development of cooperation with all countries under peace of tranquility conditions".
