Azerbaijan and European Union are going to realize institutional program within the Eastern Partnership, Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev told journalists.
According to him, the program considers to implement comprehensive reforms in spheres of trade, justice, migration and training of state officials. According to him, now the negotiations on visa facilitations are being held and visa-free travels are not on agenda. "After finishing the negotiations and implementation of visa facilitation, we can pass to the second stage and speak about the visa-free travels."
