Personnel manager of the Republic Military Commissariat, Lieutenant-Colonel Etibar Nuriyev was detained over the fact of corruption. Republic Military Prosecutor’s Office has launched criminal proceedings against him, investigation is underway.

As a result of the instructions given at the Anti-corruption Commission’s meeting chaired by head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev, inspections were carried out by the Republic Military Prosecutor’s Office at the military commissariats.
Military Prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev said at the board meeting that the Republic Military Prosecutor’s Office launched criminal proceedings on 58 facts of corruption and bribery.
