As SIA reports, Secretary of State of USA Hillary Clinton spoke about it in OSCE Astana Summit: "It is necessary in solution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to be based to the Helsinki principles, to the 6 principles declared by OSCE Minsk group co-chairs on July 10 in Akvill and reaffirmed in Muskok on July 26".
