Since 1995 by the initiative of UN 1 December is celebrated as a World AIDS Day. A lot of events are held connecting with this day. As SIA reports, the Ireli public union will hold the World AIDS Day. Ireli reports that the main aim of the action is the enlightenment, as well as the promotion of the healthy life style. The conduction of trainings, demonstration of films, and distribution of information booklets is planned along with the creation of the symbolic live ribbon in the centre of the city. The action is expected to involve more than 100 youth representatives.
