As a chairman of Central Election Commission I appraise the decision of Constitution court of Azerbaijan highly". As SIA reports chairman of Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov spoke about it to journalists. He said that all necessary condition has been created for democratic, just, transference elections: "Parliamentary election has been held in organized form. More than 10 thousands local and foreign observers, mass-media observed all process on that day".
