According to the mandate of the personal representative of OSCE chairman in-Office monitoring will be held in the Line of Contact near Mezem village of Gazakh region on November 3. As SIA reports according to the information given from press-service of Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan in Azerbaijan side the monitoring will be held by field assistants of personal representative of OSCE chairman-in-Office Andal Herdich and Khristo Khristof. At the opposite side that known as Azerbaijan grounds in international context will held by office coordinator of personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Imre Platinus and field assistants William Prayor and Jaslan Nurtazin.
