Nagorno-Karabakh problem prevents to the development not only countries attracted to the conflict but also to the region and creates danger to the stability and security. As SIA reports, minister of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov spoke about it in I annual symposium of scientists on international relations. Speaking about the process of negotiations minister added that at the then the activity of negotiations process is weaker than previous years: "With all my regret, the position of Armenian side isn’t known yet. They don’t say yes or no to the offers of co-chairs".
