Project of State Budget for 2011 were affirmed with votes of 104 for and 5 against. As SIA reports, paying attention to the offers of government the MP made some changes to this project. These changes are allocation of 400 thousand mantas to Milli Mejlis, 500 thousand mantas to State veterinary Service and 2,1 million manats to the budget of Nakhchivan Autonomy Republic .
