The US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group James Warlick has not right to advise or make any recommendations on the settlement to other organizations, as the OSCE Minsk group has not any progress on the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the spokesman of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan has stated commenting on the US co-chair's tweet on draft resolution by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, SIA reports.
According to Hikmat Hajiyev, OSCE Minsk Group's fruitless and ineffective activity serves on Armenia's interests on keeping status-quo.
