The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has not send its observation mission, as it could not affect the election process, Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia Heydar Jemal said, SIA reports.
Heydar Jemal said that the Western pressure against Azerbaijan would continue furthermore.
To stop or to abolish these forces is impossible. So, Azerbaijan should neglect their attempts. Some Western circles try to destabilize the situation in Azerbaijan. But their attempts will be unsuccessful, the chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia stressed.
Heydar Jemal underlined that the development of the Azerbaijan-Russian relations mostly depends on the processes happening in Russia.
