"It should be admitted that organizing negotiations has become more complicated. Intensively using violence makes us doubt on getting resolution by the meeting of head of states" MP ZAhid Oruc told SIA commenting on a present activity of the OSCE Minsk group.
"In fact, co-chairs even can not get success on a organizing meeting of parties." stressing Zahid Oruc added that at present, OSCE Minsk group unable to prevent any large local collisions. Current processes can lead to the war. Using violence of parties is a result of fruitless activity of international mediators. Consequently they will not manage to solve problem.
"Current situation on frontline is a kick on existence of OSCE Minsk group. As well, negotiations do not serve on getting solution of conflict." told Azerbiajani MP.
