"The Republic of Armenia is the only OSCE member state that has invaded territories of another OSCE member state by use of force and aggression, completely contravening the Helsinki Final Act (1975)." spokesman for Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry, Hikmet Hajiyev, has issued a statement in response to Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan calling Azerbaijan a "terrorist state", SİA reports.

''Armenia has already been proved to be a terror-supporting state through investigative-operational way'' Hajiyev said.
"It is enough to note ASALA terrorist organization, as well as Arabo and Aramo terrorist groups, integrated into the Armenian special forces. Armenia’s aggressive policy poses a threat to the stability and security of the region. According to the UN Charter and international law, Armenia is fully responsible for its acts of occupation and aggression," he added.
