"Respect towards territorial integrity of the member states is an important principle for the Council of Europe." SIA reports quoting an official web-site of the PACE that the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Anne Brasseur said this at the press conference on September 29.
At a press conference the President of the PACE made the remarks dedicated to the start of the PACE autumn session, answering to a question on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"Each country needs to know that its territorial integrity is respected and ensured." stressed Brasseur.
