SIA reports that Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Director of Foreign Relations Department, Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov commented on groundbreaking ceremony of South Gas Pipeline on his Twitter account.
According to Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, "Groundbreaking ceremony with Presidents of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria as well as several Prime Ministers and Ministers in attendance. " wrote Mammadov.
"Also heard warm congratulations sent by President Barosso and Secretary Kerry Azerbaijan gas energy. " wrote Mammadov.
"In just over 20 years Azerbaijan initiated realization of a 2nd internationally significant project." Novruz Mammadov tweeted.
