SIA reports that today held graduation ceremony of cadets of Azerbaijani special-purpose educational institutions at Azerbaijan High Military School named after National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The ceremony was attended by graduates of Azerbaijan Higher Military Aviation School, Azerbaijan Higher Military Naval School, Azerbaijan High Military School, the faculty of Military Medicine of Azerbaijan State Medical University and the Military Academy of the Armed Forces, public representatives, Defense Ministry officials.
Foreign military attaches accredited in Azerbaijan attended ceremony.
Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov attended ceremony. Making a speech at the ceremony he told that today is a special day for Azerbaijani Armed Forces. Azerbaijan’s military budget is increasing from year to year, the social conditions for military personnel have been improving.
Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov noted the statement of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev "We won’t allow creating of a second Armenian state in the territory of Azerbaijan" is our motto.
"The enemy should accept Azerbaijan is more powerful day by day. The ceasefire is broken on the frontline although it has passed 20 years since the ceasefire. Despite that Armenians fire on our posts and residential districts Azerbaijani Armed Forces prevent any attack of enemy" told minister.
