A Swedish delegation led by Minister for Trade Ewa Bjorling has visited the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan to meet Minister Natig Aliyev,SIA reports.They noted that bilateral ties between Azerbaijan and Sweden had been developing successfully.
The ministers said there were ample opportunities for expanding the cooperation in economic and energy spheres.
Aliyev noted the two countries enjoyed huge potential for boosting relations in a variety of fields.
He said holding regular meetings between relevant government agencies of the two countries and organizing business forums and working meetings played an important role in deepening the bilateral ties.
They also discussed how to develop trade and economic relations between Azerbaijan and Sweden.
Ewa Bjorling noted the opening of the Swedish Embassy in Baku as a sign of interest in cooperation with Azerbaijan.si
