According to Zahid Oruc, states make good relations with powerful state and do not worry about their investments. By this point of view President Ilham Aliyev comments that Azerbaijan must be more powerful day by day. There is an aim of this message. The target of this message is Armenia. Although,Azerbaijan’s 20 % lands have been keeping under occupation, Azerbaijan has not destructed, on the contrary has been growing.
"On the other hand, Azerbaijan is not limited only with military field. At the same time, economic resourses is also important for war. Human resourses, informative and diplomatic factors also is significant. Azerbaijan reconstructs his army resourses. Here includes soldier and officers’ psychological condition as well as other components. Totally all this processes and issues influences Azerbaijan’s common future." he said.
