Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov held bilateral meetings with Turkish and Turkmen foreign ministers, Ahmet Davutoglu and Rashid Meredov in Baku.
At the meeting were discussed the energy projects between the countries and other issues.
The negotiations will continue in the trilateral format after Ahmet Davutoglu and Rashid Meredov hold a bilateral meeting.
Following the meeting, the ministers will make a joint statement.
