Ankara not required release of two occupied Azerbaijani regions

Turkey has not made requirement for the release of two Azerbaijani regions by Armenia.

The statement came from Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu at a press conference following the meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, SIA reports citing Turkish media.

"All the news related to the above question is the work of journalists. All of this information is based on former plans in this direction," said Davutoglu.

He also noted that this kind of news is often speculative.

It should be noted that at the press conference Davutoglu acted alone, without his Armenian counterpart.

The Turkish foreign minister visited Yerevan to attend the next meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
