"The long-term election observation mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights monitoring the Presidential elections will start up on Monday, August 26," said Koray Targay, the Head of the OSCE Office in Baku, SIA reports citing AzerTAc.
The mission consists of nearly 30 observers.
The Ambassador said that the short-term OSCE mission observing the election processes will include 180 monitors.
The mission will also include a support staff of 50-55 people.
