Ali Hasanov: “The damage caused by the aggressive policy of Armenia against Azerbaijan is estimated at $300 billion”
"The damage caused by the aggressive policy of Armenia against Azerbaijan is estimated at $300 billion," said Ali Hasanov, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Refugees and IDPs, addressing the event on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the occupation of Fuzuli and Jabrayil regions.
The Committee chairman said that along with the specialized international organizations, the Russian structures were also involved in the process of calculating the damage caused by the occupation.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that if Armenia doesn’t give up non-constructive position, Azerbaijan will require that amount as compensation: "The number of refugees and IDPs had been estimated at one million, while now, this number should be shown as $1,200,000. It is based on natural growth of the Azerbaijani population."
