Over the past 10 years, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has done a lot of work for the development of our state.
The statement came from deputy executive secretary of the ruling party, MP Siyavush Novruzov at conference "Azerbaijan 2013: new targets, new successes".
"We heartily congratulate the President on his birthday," he stressed.
According to him, during the leadership Ilham Aliyev, great strides have been made in domestic and foreign policy of Azerbaijan.
"Great progress has been made in foreign policy. Azerbaijan was elected non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, the country hosted song contest Eurovision, we are going to host the European Olympic Games. All this was possible thanks to the policies pursued by our President," said Novruzov.
